Jesus’s resurrection was a moment of wonder and euphoria for His followers, and yet there was still much more for His disciples to learn. The forty days that followed His resurrection was a time of learning and reassurance for the disciples, who were still struggling in their faith. What can we learn from this period before Jesus ascended to heaven? Jesus appeared before the disciples and provided instruction and knowledge by simply being who He was all along. He does the same for us.
